Nicole Horton-Stimpson

Manager of Inclusion Services

Nicole has spent the last twenty years working with children of varying abilities across several populations. Nicole began her work with the Home for Little Wanders working in a residential setting with children with social-emotional needs and transitioned to working in therapeutic recreation at the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp with children who have serious illnesses in a residential setting.  Since then Nicole has taught at the New England Center for Children as well as worked as a Behavioral Coordinator at the Manville School in Boston under the Judge Baker Children’s Center. Currently, Nicole is the Inclusion Manager for DHSP in Cambridge, MA where she works to support children with special needs and their families in out-of-school and summer programming.

Zachary Solomons

Inclusion Specialist

Zach has spent the last three years working in a variety of settings working with a diverse population of children. Zach began his career at Franciscan Hospital for Children’s Community Based Acute Treatment (CBAT) program where he helped children who were dealing with a wide variety of behavioral as well as severe emotional challenges. In this setting, Zach worked with children who ranged in age from pre-school to adolescent. Zach then started at the Manville School which runs under Judge Baker Children’s center in Boston.  At the Manville School, Zach worked with children with a wide variety of learning disabilities to help them learn how to become more successful students in the classroom. Presently, Zach is the Inclusion Specialist for the DHSP in Cambridge, MA where he works with families and children with special needs in after-school and summer programs.
